Data Deletion Instructions

Overview
NEXORA AI respects your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you have connected your account via Facebook Login or Instagram Business Login, you may request the deletion of all data that NEXORA AI has collected and stored in connection with your account at any time.
What Data We Store
When you connect your account through Facebook or Instagram, we may collect and store the following information:
- •Facebook Page ID and Page name
- •Instagram Business Account ID and username
- •Access tokens for API communication
- •Conversation history (messages sent and received via Instagram DM and Messenger)
- •AI configuration and persona settings
- •Knowledge base entries and business information you provided
- •Customer contact information and conversation data generated through interactions with your connected Instagram or Facebook accounts.
How to Request Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your data through any of the following methods:
Option 1 — Email Request
Send an email to divyanshkhanna256@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:
- • Your business name
- • The email address associated with your NEXORA AI account
- • The Facebook Page or Instagram account connected
Option 2 — Self-Service Disconnection
Log in to your NEXORA AI dashboard, go to Settings → Instagram or Settings → Messenger, and click the "Disconnect" button. This immediately revokes access and removes stored tokens. To delete all associated data including conversation history, follow up with an email request.
Option 3 — Facebook Settings
You can also remove NEXORA AI's access directly from your Facebook account: Go to Facebook → Settings → Security and Login → Apps and Websites, find NEXORA AI, and click Remove.
What Happens After a Request
- 1.We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours.
- 2.All data associated with your account will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
- 3.You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
- 4.Deletion is irreversible — all conversation history, AI settings, knowledge base entries, and connected account data will be removed permanently.
Data Retention
If you disconnect your Meta account without requesting full data deletion, we will retain your business data (knowledge base, AI settings, contact records) so you can reconnect later without losing your configuration. Access tokens are deleted immediately upon disconnection and no further API calls will be made to Meta on your behalf.
